Archiving and long-term open access storage policy, including information about repositories, technical means and guarantees of accessibility.
The founder and editors of the Yearbook of Scientific Papers «Rule of Law» (hereinafter — Yearbook; Journal), adhering to the principles of open access and academic integrity of scientific and publishing activities, ensure long-term digital preservation and free access to all published issues of the Yearbook, using tools such as:

Full-text real-time access to all publications of the Yearbook is provided through the «Archives» section on the official website of the journal. The archive contains all issues of the Yearbook without any storage period limitation. In addition, the Journal stores its metadata and full texts of articles in the repository of the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (https://pravova-derzhava.org/). To ensure protection against data loss, the electronic archive of the Journal is transferred for storage to the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of the NAS of Ukraine http://www.irbis-nbuv.gov.ua

All materials of the Yearbook are archived in stable electronic formats, ensuring their accessibility, reproducibility and correct citation in the future: metadata and full texts of publications can be indexed in national and international information and scientometric systems.
The Yearbook backs up its issues, monitors the technical stability of downloaded materials to prevent possible format conversions or outdated software, which, in particular, ensures compatibility with modern publishing and library platforms;

The Yearbook editorial team ensures the interaction of resources with scientometric, abstract and library databases, which allows maintaining accessibility, openness and scientific value of the published materials. Yearbook uses stable file formats (PDF/A) to ensure readability of scientific content, assigns DOI to each scientific article, which guarantees its finding; adheres to OpenAIRE standards to ensure indexing.
