Purpose and tasks

The purpose of the Yearbook of Scientific Papers «Rule of Law» is to publish author's materials of a scientific, theoretical and practical nature on the problems of law-making, state-building and law-enforcement as an achievement of Ukrainian national legal science and legal practice.

Among the main tasks: dissemination of information on scientific research into fundamental problems of the theory and history of state and law; administrative law and public administration; civil, business, labor, agrarian, criminal law, European Union law and international law in general; promotion of the improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine, its adaptation to EU law; constant updating, enrichment and storage of legal information resources, etc.

The thematic focus of the journal is presented by the following headings:

Current problems of law-making.

Problems of the theory of state and law. History of the state and law.

History of legal science.

Problems of constitutional law, local self-government, legal foundations of political institutions and processes.

Current problems of environmental and land law, administrative law and public administration.

Problems of criminal law and criminal procedure.

Problems of civil law, civil procedure and matrimonial and family law.

Problems of international law, European Union law and comparative jurisprudence.
