Publication ethics

«Právova Derzhava» publishes only those materials that have successfully passed the review procedure. All articles that have been submitted to the editorial board and meet the profile of the journal undergo the review procedure. The task of review is to facilitate the strict selection of author's manuscripts for publication and, if necessary, to make specific recommendations for their improvement.

The review procedure is focused on the most objective assessment of the content of a scientific article, determining its compliance with the journal's requirements, and provides for a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the article's materials.

Only those articles that are valuable from a scientific point of view and contribute to solving current problems and tasks of statehood and lawmaking are accepted for publication. The level of compliance with the rules for preparing an article for publication in a scientific journal is taken into account separately (see Requirements for the design of articles).

Materials submitted to the editorial office undergo double anonymous review, which is carried out by two independent reviewers, based on the principle of objectivity and from the standpoint of the highest international and domestic academic quality standards.
