Type of licensing for the use of copyrighted works

Authors who publish in the journal "Právova dervá" (hereinafter - the Journal) agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright to their works and grant the journal the right of first publication of this work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows other persons to freely distribute the published work with a mandatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication of the work in this Journal.

Terms of use of copyrighted works

Authors retain copyright to the published works. Submitting an article to the Journal means granting the editorial office a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute and store the material in electronic and printed forms, as well as to index it in national and international scientometric databases.

The journal materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) open license, which allows free copying, distribution, adaptation and use of materials, provided that the authorship is indicated and the source of the publication is referenced.

When using the Journal materials, the following is required:

– indication of the author's surname and initials;

 — full title of the article;

– name of the journal;

– year of publication;

– DOI;

 — link to the official website of the Journal.
