Editorial policy and ethical norms

The editorial policy and ethical norms have been developed in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Code of Ethics of a Scientist of Ukraine, approved by the General Meeting of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine on April 15, 2009.

The annual journal of scientific works "Lawful State", published by the V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine, publishes peer-reviewed original scientific articles, according to the topic of the publication, a report on the Institute's activities for the previous year, reviews, surveys, information about scientific life, etc.

The editorial policy of the journal is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of articles for publication; high requirements for the quality of the results of scientific research, covered by the author (co-authors) in the scientific article submitted for publication; obligation and confidentiality of reviewing articles; strict compliance with copyright and related rights (with the conclusion of a License Agreement with each author (co-author).

When publishing the annual scientific works "Rule of Law", it is mandatory for the editorial board to comply with the requirements for the selection of scientific articles. Preventing illegal publications is the responsibility of each author, editor, reviewer, and publisher of the journal.
