Established in 1992 and published once a year.
Founder: V. M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The journal was included in the List of Ukrainian Scientific Professional Publications (Category ‘B’) by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1301 of 15 October 2019 ‘On the Approval of the Decisions of the Ministry’s Attestation Board of 15 October 2019’. The journal is indexed by the scientometric database ‘Index Copernicus’ (Poland).

The annual collection of scientific papers ‘PRAVOVA DERZHAVA’ is an open-access academic journal (viewing, reading, downloading and printing are free).
