The phenomenon of realisation of law in modern scientific discourse

It identifies conceptual approaches to the right-realisation activity as a phenomenon in domestic and foreign science, which is an important stage in the development of the theory of state and law, the modern doctrine of right-realisation.
The existence in the domestic legal science of a number of theoretical developments in the field of legal realisation, which mainly affect certain aspects of the legal realisation process, its individual forms, factors, results. However, there is no systemic view of the realization of law as a phenomenon that exists in society. At the same time, there is a tendency towards the dominance of the natural legal approach to the problem, as well as the identification of law enforcement with pravorealization, and the deepening of the applied aspect of pravorealization. In addition, a number of conceptual and methodological problems related to the peculiarities of the realization of law in the conditions of the information society, the operation of law in an emergency legal regime, the transformation of the essence and content of the legal process in connection with European integration currently remains controversial and requires scientific reflection and rethinking.
Representatives of foreign legal doctrine, especially the countries of case law, have always been mainly focused on the study of legal practice. Currently, among the debatable problems are: conceptual dimensions of legal regulation and its effectiveness; predetermination of effectiveness by the quality of legislation, and accordingly, the law-making process; the need for an integrated approach to the problems of ensuring legal realization; legal certainty as a factor in the effectiveness of the legal process; ensuring the rule of law during its implementation, etc.
Common for domestic and foreign science is an appeal to the problems of legal support for the use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in view of the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of subjects of public relations.

Key words: realization of law, domestic and foreign legal doctrine, enforcement, execution, use, observance, rule of law, understanding of law.
